The Solano-Napa Small Business Development Corporation will host a 12-week training series on Artificial intelligence to kick off 2025. The AI Lunchbreak series will be hosted over Zoom and focused on how small business owners can adapt their businesses for AI, hosted on Thursdays at noon and running thirty minutes,
“Over 12 weeks, we’ll demystify AI by explaining key concepts in simple terms and showcasing real-world examples of how small businesses are leveraging AI to improve efficiency, increase the quality of results, and expand your abilities!” a release from the organization reads. “Business owners will learn about practical AI tools that can help them automate routine tasks, make data-driven decisions, and stay competitive in today’s fast-paced market.”
Participants can sign up for the January through March program at the SBDC’s website or the Zoom registration link.

The organization will also host a two-part series on workplace inclusion, with meetings on January 15 and January 29. Krystina Jackson, a certified DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) practitioner, will host the series.
The first session, titled Strategic Culture Statement Development, will comprise “A practical guide to crafting a meaningful culture statement that aligns with your business strategy, reflects your company’s values, and serves as a foundation for building high-performing, inclusive teams.” The second session will discuss implementing those strategies for small businesses.
