Add AI chatbot to the existing ‘Hyeum Report’ and support and perform work by grasping the intention of questions from real-time Q&A and issuance of tax documents

Hyeum, a financial and tax artificial intelligence (AI) solution company, announced on the 20th that it has officially launched an AI agent called “Alfred” for corporate businesses such as small business owners and startups.
Hyeum linked Alfred, an AI agent chatbot function to enhance user convenience, to the previously operated management support report service “Hyeum Report.” Hyeum Report is a solution that provides business operators with integrated management of accounting and tax affairs, such as sales and purchases, tax payments, and tax invoices, and visually provides indicators necessary for decision-making.
Alfred is an AI agent specializing in finance and tax, and when a user enters financial and tax-related questions in the chat window, it identifies the intention and context and performs the request directly or answers immediately based on a learned internal specialized database (DB).
Alfred’s core function is ▲ 24-hour Q&A on finance, tax, labor and management ▲ Issuance of various taxes and business-related documents ▲ Linkage of tax payments and various tax reports ▲ Recommendations on refunds that meet business conditions. Users can report and perform at once with simple chat.
In particular, Hyeum applied RAG (search augmentation generation) technology to increase Alfred’s information accuracy and learned 22 million natural language data secured by expert counseling services through KakaoTalk messengers from the beginning of its establishment in 2017.
Starting with the Alfred launch, Hyeum plans to speed up the development of AI by utilizing its own RPA (Robot Process Automation) engine and upgrading LAM (Large-scale Behavioral Model) that can even infer and make decisions.
Prior to the official launch of Alfred, beta tests conducted from October 2024 showed a more than 175% increase in the use of Hyum Repot compared to the same period last year. With the launch of Alfred, Hyeum will change the name of “Hyeum Report” to “Alfred Report” and spur market leadership with a full-fledged AI agent-based integrated financial and tax solution.
During the beta test, Alfred improved the experience of using the report solution and proved the effectiveness of the service, said Ok Hyung-seok, CEO of Hyeum. “We will continue to advance technology and business so that Alfred can become an essential AI agent for businessmen in the future and lead the AI agent market in finance and tax.”
Meanwhile, Hyeum received a cumulative investment of 21 billion won from IBK Industrial Bank, Quad Ventures, and Kiwoom Investments. Last year, it was selected as “Super Gap Startup 1000+” by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in recognition of its Generative AI technology.
